Receiving is something many of us long for,
yet rarely allow ourselves to fully experience.

The Devotional Ritual is a deeply nurturing experience created for those who wish to immerse themselves in unhurried, attentive touch within a warm and supportive environment.

Wrapped in comfort and guided by presence, these sessions invite your body to soften, your senses to awaken, and your nervous system to settle. There is no expectation, no performance, and nowhere else to be.

Simply space to receive.

Not a treatment. Not a technique. A receiving ritual, offered body first, heart open.

Ancient wisdom.
Living practice.

Tantra is one of the oldest spiritual traditions on earth, woven through Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist and Tibetan teachings for over a thousand years. At its heart, it is not about sexuality. It is about energy and learning to move it.

In the Tantric understanding, the body holds an extraordinary intelligence. Sexual energy, known as ching, is one of the most potent life forces we carry. Breath is its vehicle. Presence is its activator. When we slow down, soften, and allow touch to land without agenda, energy begins to move. The nervous system opens. The heart receives.

The Devotional Ritual draws from this lineage, not as ritual or ceremony, but as a lived understanding that the body, given the right conditions of safety, warmth and presence, knows how to come home to itself.

"The body already knows how to soften.
It is waiting for permission." Shelle Blyth · The Unfurling

Each session is shaped by what your body needs.
No two sessions are the same.

This offering does not include yoni or lingam touch. It is a non-sexual, non-genital experience. If you are seeking an offering that includes therapeutic intimate touch, please see Sacred Sensual Bodywork.

How a session unfolds.

You are welcomed into a prepared, calm space. We take a moment together to check in — sharing your intentions, how you are arriving, and anything you would like me to hold with care. There is never any rush to begin.

Your practitioner steps out while you undress and settle comfortably on the table under a sarong. You are always draped with care for your comfort and modesty throughout.

Using warm oil, the session unfolds through slow, intentional, full-body touch. The pace is unhurried. The presence is devoted. There is no agenda beyond your experience of being deeply received and cared for.

The session closes gently, with space to breathe and integrate. A warm towel is offered. Your practitioner steps out while you dress, then returns briefly so you can share anything that arose — or simply rest in the quiet of what has been received before returning to your day.

The experience often continues to settle quietly after you leave. Allow yourself time and gentleness in the hours that follow.

Frequently asked questions.

Is this a sexual service?

No. The Devotional Ritual is a non-sexual, non-genital bodywork experience. It does not include yoni or lingam touch, breast massage, or any sexualised touch or intention. It is a therapeutic, consent-led practice grounded in safety and professional care.

What does "receiving" mean in this context?

In this context, receiving means allowing yourself to be cared for without needing to do anything in return. Many of us find this more challenging than it sounds. This session is an invitation to practise being present, softening, and simply letting touch land, without agenda, performance, or giving back.

What will I wear?

Sessions are typically received unclothed to allow for full, flowing touch. You are always respectfully draped with a sarong for privacy and modesty. Underwear is optional. You remain in control of your comfort throughout and may adjust at any time.

What if I feel emotional during the session?

Emotion can arise when the body feels safe enough to let go of what it has been holding. This is completely welcome and not unusual. You do not need to manage or explain how you feel, your practitioner will be present with you exactly as you are.

Can I stop or pause at any time?

Yes, always. Your comfort and safety are the priority throughout. You may request changes, pauses, or to stop the session at any time, for any reason.

What is the cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend, will incur the full session fee.
